The concept of topless fashion was to show a part of the breast to encourage exploration. It caught on like wild fire. It wasn't long before someone asked, "why not bare it all?"

This new fashion trend quickly gained acceptance. Parties were agog with women with nothing beneath their tops. Teen college girls and those not in school jumped at it. And this new syndrome took the world of women fashion by storm.
