Break up now or later???

I have been dating this guy for the last 6 month and things have really started getting serious lately.

At the beginning, it was only suppose to be a casual relationship but we fell in love. Now I am left with a difficult decision to make, whether to break up now or wait until he's all packed and ready to go traveling overseas in less then a year.

Would it hurt any less if we break up sooner rather then later. Or should I just try to enjoy the time that I have with him and worry about a broken heart when the time comes?

I guess it would make things so much easier if the feeling were not mutual. Unfortunately, we are both in love and we have no idea what to do.

He is here on a business sponsorship and had never planned to stay in this country for long.

On the other hand, I live here and my whole life is here. Should I follow him overseas? It would also mean that I have to sell my house and quit my job.

How do I know if that’s the right thing to do? What if things don’t work out there? I would have to start my life all over again.
