Can you fall in love after three weeks?

I've met this guy. He's 30 and I'm 41. He approached me first, and initially I was not physically attracted to him.

However, after talking to him numerous times on the phone (he gives great conversation)and meeting with him many times (no sex involved), I believe I'm hooked.

I know things seem to be moving pretty fast, because he has already told me he loves me, and it feels so natural to tell him the same. But now I'm getting scared.

The "honeymoon" phase is always heaven, but this man makes me feel like no ever man has and I haven't even slept with him yet. Do I back up or do I simply enjoy this feeling and let it sweep me away?
