Confused Feelings

I've been dating a guy for the past 7 months.

We get along well but i knew from the start that he'll never get serious with me. He told me not to fall for him and we should stay as friends, his actions are different from what he said.

He acts like a true boyfriend and a loving guy,but when i ask him if he love me he told me as a gud friend and he just care for me to much,i wanted to end up with him because i'm falling too much now.

What words will I use to make him understand that it makes me feel bad when he's telling me i'm only a friend?

Pls help me.
