Confused

I like this guy who is my neighbor and I'm pretty sure that he likes me too.

Some reasons that make me believe this is that he shows many signs of liking me (or so I think).

Like he'll stare at me quite a bit, he'll only say hi to me every once in a while (when normally he used to say hi to me all the time).

He will be talking to his friends and then they will look at me. He invited to me to go to a party he had, he invited me to go somewhere with him and his sister, he looks at me with this cute stare, he talks to me only at my house or his house.

He was speeding in the car when driving me somewhere (I think to show off), he also swears quite a bit (to show off?). What I want to know is...does he like me?
