Does she still have feelings for me?

I have a friend whom I'm in love with for 2 years but she's attached.

At first, she didn't like me as she was happy with her bf. Then after some months, she started liking me.

She tells me that her bf is very possessive and then she got slapped by him once. During that point of time, she had on and off feelings towards me and she hurt me a few times by asking me to move on after giving me hopes.

She knows her relationship is unhealthy and they broke up and patched back countless times. They have being together for 5 years.

Recently, she started to share her personal story with me after so long. She told me she wants to leave him and be alone but her bf just wouldn't allow her to leave him. And she even told her bf that she deserves a better guy.

Sometimes, I feel that she still has feelings for me because she knows I still do care for her even after she hurt me.

Does she still likes me? Do I have a chance with her being together?

Yesterday night, she told me someone has hurt her emotionally but she didn't say who it was but I asked her was it her bf? she didn't tell me.

She told me she's hurt and wants some time alone and don't feel like talking to anyone at the moment.

From what you say, it's like she has broken up with her boyfriend but she doesn't want another relationship for now.

The truth is . . . I don't know if she loves you as a friend or as a lover or if she loves you at all.

She is the only one who can answer that question. So you will need to ask her that question directly.

Breakups can be heartbreaking. So, if she is asking for a break, I suggest you give her a break. That is what good friends do. They listen.

If she's in love with you, she will find you again, sooner or later.

Be patient. Love doesn't come easy.
