Don't Know Whether He Really Love Me

My boyfriend said to live together with him and his parents, and I said to him why can't we live only, but not with his parents cause I will also be leaving my parents.

He was like, no i can't. My parents will have lots of problems and I can't. You live there. I can't leave my parents.

I feel sad cause for him two time i ran away from my home and live with him for 3 months. But when the time I expect something else he said that.

Does he really love me?? or not??
