fed up with BS from women that are fair weather, Impersonal, and Impatient

Everytime i want to talk to a woman or girl either they are too busy with NOTHING or they just plain dont give a darn about anyone.

small towns have too many young married ones that dont know what they're doing.

Is it too much to ask to talk to a lady thats not in a hurry and wants to talk and be good friends?

I have just about given up on them as all i see are selfish self-centered losers who would rather BS you than want to be a good friend and be personable to you.

Are african women like this too or others in other areas?

I guess they can be if they're brought up in a bad home and not raised right.

I meet and talk to friendly, patient, and good-mannered ladies everywhere I go.

Could it perhaps be your manner of approach? Is it the way you talk? Is it the way you treat them?

If you want people to listen to you (male or female), you have to be prepared to be good natured, friendly, personable, respectful, considerate, cultured, and disciplined.

Yes, be everything you want the women to be and you will attract the good ones to you.
