He Talks To Me Only On The Computer

My boyfriend only talks to me on the computer no where else. If he doesn't talk he ALWAYS says im so so sorry i didnt talk this time I'll talk next time hun.

But its been to many times i think and he still wont talk is it because he's nervous or is it just because he's embarrased.

Should i just talk to him on the computer? or just Dump him.
