How Do I Get an unavailable girl?

I met this girl a while ago on a school tour. We instantly hit it off and became close and were inseparable the whole weekend even though she is 2 years younger than me.
She drove me crazy and so I decided to make a move a few days later by mentioning something on Facebook while we were talking. She responded well and we began flirting.
However amidst all this she had a boyfriend for 8 months who she was beginning to lose feelings for. Even though she was flirting with me she was never really unfaithful towards him.
We carried on flirting the following week and things were looking great. I began to adore everything about her, the way she made me feel so uneasy, her sense of humour, the way I could talk to her about anything, her husky yet so beautiful voice, her eyes, smile and the way we looked at each other.
Now I am dense when it comes to picking up signals so I don't really know about the whole body language thing although I do know we always make eye contact and she touches me on the arm and stuff.
When i tell her she is beautiful she responds by saying that I am good looking myself. However after that we carried on speaking even though we didn't see each other that much at school, we chatted on a cell phone IM system called MXIT.
She told me she was thinking whether or not to get rid of her boyfriend or not. Anyway a while later I asked her and she told me things were good between them so I left it and told her he better treat him right or I will...
Anyway since then I have hinted to her how I feel and she responded well. We often chat even over school holidays and she tells me she can't wait to see me again... So I have no idea what to do anymore...
I love her so much that it aches when I think that she is not by my side. We still flirt and everything but I don't know what to do.
People have said that I must not wait and I must move on if she intends to keep him but I'm not sure if she does. And if she doesn't I don't know how to approach the situation... I will wait as long as I have to for her and I have told her that...
Honestly thinking of her makes me tremble and I'm usually a cocky confident guy... She forces me to play a whole new game and I have no Idea what to do next... I don't want to be malicious but can someone please tell me how to break her relationship up.
