How Do You Deal With Feelings of Jealousy When Your Man Goes Out With Other Girls?

If you feel jealous about him going with some girls that you may know, how do you deal with it? I mean - you know that nothing's going on but you're still jealous.

you feel left out and don't know anything about this person. should you tell him that? or should i just be quiet and wait?

One way to deal with it is to be part of his arrangements and part of his life.

For example, you can offer to help him put his schedule together especially the outings part of his schedule. You can then adjust your own schedule to fit his so that you can be present with him most of the time.

However, you must understand that you cannot always be with him everywhere he goes. You are not his babysitter. So you need to trust him.

If you find that he is always leaving you out of his plans, then have a one-on-one talk with him. Let him know you love him very much and you want to be a part of his life. And mention to him that it hurts you when you find he is leaving you out, especially in favour of other girls.

Whatever you do, don't let this degenerate into a fight. You need to understand that he had his circle of friends before he met you. Don't expect all of those friends, male and female, to disappear overnight.
