how should i make my girlfriend express her love for me?

I love my gf very much and really care for her, but she never likes to show off when it comes to expressing love.

we get in touch with each other once in a week when either one of us makes a call to the other.

how should i explain to her that expressing also matters in love. i fear that i may lose her by losing interest myself.

we are from the same town but now studying in different cities.

has she taken me for granted? what more should i do so that she starts caring for me naturally?

I know she loves me but she never likes to express it?

Is that ok in love?
