how to forget him?

i have a friend..we become friends for how many couple of months..on that days i fall for him..i told him about it..and he said it was ok..i know he was falling to me too.

But suddenly his ex came back. now i dont know how to look at him that i dont get hurt everytime i see them.

my question is... how will i get rid of this feeling i feel for him??
