How to start my love

I am in love with a girl from past 4 years. I can't express my love to her because she is daughter of my father's best friend.

Now I am just scared to talk to her. But I like her more than anything else.

For some months she don't talk to me. Maybe she knows that I love her.

Now I don' know how to start my love. Please do help....
