I am torn between my fiance and this guy at work

I met my fiance when I was 16 and we became engaged. He left because of his commitment to the army for three years.

In the meantime I met another boy who took me for a ride after work that is where we met. He kissed me and it was such a turn on. I never felt so turned on before.

I know it was wrong. Should I tell my fiance and I break up, which I hadn't had the heart yet to do?

What should I do, I also know the boy at work has been dating someone but is not engaged.

should i break up with my fiance and hurt him and take a chance that the other boy will drop his girlfrend and go out with me?

I had invested a lot of time into the engagement and we are comfortable with each other but I know if I break up with him he will cry and follow me, he's done it before.

I am lost, please help
