I don't know where I stand this is confusing

This is what someone I really cared for said to me.

"It was good times matt. I have them all saved as well. Things just went a way they shouldn't have and I did feel pressured and pushed in a direction I am not ready for. You are an amazing man, I just need time to figure out what I need in life, and I agree with you, you need time to fully grow and learn too. It sucks that women are more mature than men. I know how you feel right now, and I don't want you to feel anything but happy, however, this is something I feel is right, right now. I cannot be unfair to you and act like I am happy and see you right now."

We have been dating for around 4 months or are not dating now, this has been an ongoing issue with her. I emailed an old conversation of us just bs'ing about things and she agreed she saved the conversations. And I don't know what to think. I am sick of this run-around and I want to respect her feelings and would be willing to give space.

How should I play this? Give her space and move on? She is never in black and white, can never just say it's over if thats the case.

Confused... What should I do?
