I Had A Row With A Girl At Work. Now She Won’t Talk To Me. Why Does She Behave This Way?

I had a row with a female at work over a silly joke and her b/f had a row with me. Ever since she doesn't speak to me but when i see her out and about she keeps watching me (not aggressively) very directly.
Even now she is single she still watches me mainly once she is out in pubs/bars. But when i try to speak at work she just blanks me as if i don't exist.
If i speak outside of work she swears at me.
Sometimes if i walk past her in the corridor she`ll swear at me on the sly.
I just try to avoid her as i had enough of this.
How can i fix this.

You can do one of two things.
1. You can let it pass and live with it until she decides to grow up and stop keeping animosity or
2. You can take it up with her boss and ask that this issue be resolved amicably so that work is not negatively affected by her refusal to speak to you in peace
Option 1 is for you if you don't give a damn.
Option 2 is for you if you recognize that peace makes for good relationship and higher productivity.
If her attitude is affecting your ability to get official work done especially when you have to get work done through her department, then you have to raise it with her boss, or in official terms, escalate it to her boss as roadblock.
Peaceful relationship makes for higher productivity. So, I suggest you try one more time to talk to her peacefully and make peace.
If it still doesn't work, then you have to make a decision to go with option 1 or 2.
