The first thing to do when you like someone is to observe the person in his everyday relationships. How does he behave? How does he treat people? Is he nice or mean? Is he temperamental or empathetic and considerate? If you still like him after observing his pattern of behaviour, then arrange to meet him. How? Make it an accident. Stumble on him somewhere you know you can reach him. Then apologize and start a conversation. There are a thousand and one ways - and more - to start a conversation. Once you start talking, become friends. The rest is easy. A word of caution: Do not rush the relationship. Let it happen naturally. One thing will naturally lead to another. And then another, and another. But . . . don't rush it. That could ruin your chances.
