I Keep Thinking About This Man

Why is it I keep thinking about a man that does not care about me?

I mean I see him in my dreams, see him in my thought no matter what time a day it is.

I have really been trying to forget him by dating others and moving on. But it seems no matter where I am he will pop up in my mind.

What can I do about this situation? How do I forget him other than be hypnotized that I never knew or saw him?
