i like this girl, but there are problems

There is this girl, but she's too shy to even TALK to me, i know for a fact that she likes me (well for during the school years), and i at least got her phone number, but her phone is broken(im not even really sure its broken).

Then, there is this girl (lets call her The Girl) who apparently doesn't want us to be together keeps telling me that the girl i like doesn't like me, and every time i try to talk to her, The Girl pulls her away.

Also I'm in summer vacation, and in middle school(7th to 8th). The only possible way to contact her is through her broken phone, or to just wait for summer to end.

I have no idea what I should do, or if she still even likes me.
