I'm Afraid To get Close

I've been terribly heart broken with my last boyfriend. I was with him for about a year and then we were over.

I've met a new guy who has the exact same things in common with me and i think ive really fallen for him but this is usually the time where i try to pull away because i think i may get heartbroken again.

What do i do to try to help myself get close to him without feeling this?
