I'm At A Loss

It started this way.

He was my immediate superior. During my time in the company we were not close and our level of conversation was mostly on work.

It was a coincidence that he was my brother's friends brother and we stay in the same neighbourhood.

Sometime we will get a ride from each other to work. During these rid, we are very quite. When we go for any training he will offer to fetch me.

In the past year, we've never been to any outing together.

A few months ago, we suddenly made a turn. We decided to change job, i will ask for his advice and so does he. We will give each other opinion and at times we spend more than 1 hour chatting in the office.

In the end, i moved on to another job. Since then, i was ask to join their group outing by 1 of the girls.

I have been to movies, dinner & shopping with him alone. We talk on casual topic but nothing happen.

The time when we are together (either alone or with friends) he was sometimes very kind & gentle but sometimes very cold and ignore me.

I know there is a girl in the office that he is very nice to and likes to chat with her.

I don't know much about his private life and what he does in his free time as we only meet up twice a month.

I also got to know that he likes someone from someone but the identity was not known.

I don't know what he is thinking or what he feels. I know I like him. Please give me some clue if this is normal action for guy and what is his intention is.

Frankly, I really at lost.
