I'm confused about my relationship. My Boyfriend is two years younger than me

My name is Aysel, I'm from Azerbaijan. I'm 21 years old young girl. I have a boyfriend 19 years old.. I've graduated from university and now working. But he studies abroad.

Twice a year he comes here for 2 or 3 months and we date. He still have 4 years ahead for study. And after these 4 years I'll be 25.. we have serious love relationship I have to say.

I'm his first love that's why he loves me very much, I feel it, and I'm sure of his love and earnestness. He is 2 years younger than me.. And everybody around me tell me that he's still a child.. not for you.. he may repent because of this relationship in the future, and he may think how stupid he was becoz of loving and marrying with me.

That's why I'm very confused, I really don't know what to do.. whether go on or stop.. Please help in this problem, becoz I'm going to lose my head becoz of these thoughts all day long..

Yes I feel at this time he is just still a boy but I also think that the age difference is not much. I also feel that you botj meed time to grow more than you can settle at an more appropriate age. I'm 25 and my boyfriend is 23 we are now talking about getting married.

He is still a boy
by: samson

It is true that he is still a boy. He is just 19yrs old.

People who tell you that when he grows older he may change his mind are talking form experience.

Women tend to mature more faster than men in the sense that when they fall in love, they fall in deep and real.

Men can be infatuated at a tender age and when they mature, they have a way of changing their mind.

That does not mean your man will change his mind. He may, he may not.

My advice?

Take things slow. Don't jump into sex just yet.

Allow him finish school. About that time, some 4yrs time when he's 23yrs old, he will have a clearer picture of what he truly wants.

In the meantime, just be great friends. be there for him.

When he matures, say 25 - 27yrs old, and he decides to get into marriage, then you can go ahead without regrets.

It's true. He's still just a boy.
