I'm in love with my best friend but he is in a serious relationship

I have this male friend that I have known for 5 years. He is one of my best friends. I have loved him for about 4 1/2 of those years. I honestly believe he is the one.

I know he has feelings for me as more than a friend. The problem is we have horrible timing. He is in a relationship, and it has become more serious.

Should I say something to him about how I feel, or would that be wrong for me to do at this point in time?
