I'm Scared To Get Intimate

I am 26 yrs old and never really been intimate with a man. I am still a virgin (by choice) but I am scared to even fool around.

I have had plenty of moments but I always just stop it because of fear and no experience, and all it does is push them away.

I dont feel like I am normal How can I change this?
