IS HE THE ONE?

I have been dating a great guy for the past year. He is loving, spontaneous and we get along great.

The problem is that I like to have some "structure" in my life.

I am young still, age 23, and I have a 40 hour a week job, benefits, apt with friends.

He has been giving me a lack of crap for not moving in with him this past month as he tries to find a job in the area. He recently moved home and is doing well in real estate.

We have been doing distance for the last few months and I feel like everything I say and do is wrong. He has lived with a girlfriend prior to me and I feel like he doesn't understand I am not ready for this yet.

I do love him and want to be with him but I do not know if we are too different in what we want.

Is there any advice to give?

I have strong career aspirations and I want to commit and I am trying but I feel like nothing is enough short of living with him.

What do you suggest?
