IF you really trust him then you wouldnt think that or if you look at him into his eyes. But in a realtionship its all about trust and how much your love is for him.

If you think your man is lying to you about something, then investigate him.
Find out what he's up to. I guess you know how to do that.
A word of caution:
People don't like being spied upon. It sends a bad signal - a message that you don't trust him. And that could end the relationship if he's really mad about it.
