My boyfriend doesn't want to give me his new phone number

my boyfriend doesn't wanna give me his new phone number. i don't know what to think, he says that i call him too much mostly when we argue for any reason i call him back so many times, he said that it is better that way he will call me.

he does though i just think it's not right, we've been together for 2 years now and he is a weirdo, he does things out of the blue, i cannot get it.

i know for a fact he loves me, sometimes he gets depressed and does weird things.....like this one.
