My Boyfriend Is Having A Relationship With My Friend

I am sharing an apartment with my three friends(two guys and a girl). I fell in love with one of the guys and we were having a splendid relationship until I found out that he is having a relationship with the other girl that lives with us.

I love him a lot, I would hate for this relationship to end but I cant stand what is going on around me.

He refuses to be separated from either of us and I cant afford to live elsewhere - my salary is too small.

What should I do to get over the hurt if I leave him and still have to live there? Because if I end the relationship with him I will have to endure the pain of seeing him with her on a daily basis.
