My Fiancee Is Confused

My fiancee and I have been living in two separate towns and haven't seen a lot of each other in the last month or two. In that time she has been working and has come to find herself having feelings for another guy.

Is this something i should be worried about or is it just the anxiety of being separated?

what can i do to help her figure out what to do?
