You Are being Unfaithful

Your first crush is not coming back into your life. You're inviting him to come back.

Here's what I mean.

Suppose when you met after 17yrs and he invited you to lunch, dinner or some other date you declined. What would have happened?

Nothing.

The old feelings would have stayed buried. The war you have inside of you now wouldn't have had the opportunity to start.

Here's what you do when you meet an old acquaintance of the opposite sex.

He says, "hi, Brenda. It's been ages since I saw you. can I buy you lunch?"

You say, "Yes, you can. But when my husband is around. You know we're both one".

If he decides to take you and your husband out, he's unlikely to start discussing how he loved you and kissed you . . . he's unlikely to get romantic.

Why?

Because your husband is there. He will incure the wrath of your husband. And it won't be funny.

Understand this.

When you're married, you become someone's other half . . . you belong to someone else. And you must remain faithful by not cultivating any other relationships.

Right now you're being unfaithful. You're committing a crime.

It was a crush in the past. It deserves to stay there.

No more secret meetings pls. No more secret dates. Tell him you're married and you cannot afford to be unfaithful.

There's more.

Tell him to go and take care of his wife. He's being unfaithful and unfair to her by spending precious time that belongs to her with you.
