My girlfriend is ignoring me. What should i do?

i am 15, I fell in love with a girl about a year ago, we became close friends but when i told her i loved her, she started to push me away, and eventually we stopped talking.

About a week ago we started talking again, but it's not the same. she always ignores me without giving a reason.

i'm probably worse off than i was, but i dont want to lose her.

what should i do?
