My husband is always accusing me of cheating

my husband and i have been married for almost five years. he has cheated on me a few times i during our marriage.

every time i leave for work or take the kids to school he is always accusing me of sleeping with someone else. he especially like to accuse me of cheating with my ex.

Is he doing this because he is still cheating or because he wants to keep my head all messed up so i wont see what he is doing?
