my parents don't like my boyfriend

my ex boyfriend recently left me because we couldnt see each other.

I've been with him for about 3 years already. we have had a lot of problems with my parents! they just dont like him and i feel like i love him.

he was talking to another girl but she didnt want nothing serious with him so we started talking again and he wants me to talk to my parents so we can be together without hiding from no one.

what should i do?
