I've been dating this amazing guy for a little over a month now. We've been friends for exactly 5 years before that.

He says he really cares about me yet he doesn't say I love you.

I know that he's been hurt a lot because I've asked him why he doesn't say it to me.

When do you think he'll finally get over this pain and actually tell me he loves me?
