Secret friends usually keep the secret relationship as hidden as possible. No one has to know.

They meet in secret places. They disguise their identity. They travel to a different city where they're less likely to run into someone they know. They do everything to ensure no one finds out. Secret friends, how long will your secret relationship remain a secret? Not for long. Sooner or later, you will be found out. You or your secret partner will make a mistake and you will be found out.

Another thing. Your secret spot, your secret hideout, may not be as secret as you think. Someone already knows about your secret relationship. Someone already knows that you're secret friends with somebody. And sooner or later, that person will tell.

Whatever the case, know that your secret will not remain a secret forever.

How do I know? Because nothing is hidden under the sun. Nothing remains a secret forever. Mark my words. You will be found.

Wait. Why would two people decide to be secret friends?

A number of reasons can account for this.

1. The man you've fallen in love with may be from a family your parents do not approve or a family at war with your parents. Remember Romeo and Juliet? Well, it still happens.

Children of sworn enemies still fall in love. The fierce hatred between their parents cannot stop them. When they do fall in love, the relationship is kept a secret because mom and dad must not find out. So they become secret friends until it can longer be kept a secret.

2. A married man can run into an old girlfriend years after his marriage. They get together to have a cup of coffee and catch up on the past. Unexpectedly, old memories return and emotions run wild.

Soon they're in love again. They become secret friends.

Of course, the man doesn't want his wife to find out about his secret relationship with his secret friend. So he works hard to keep the relationship secret. He lies to his wife to cover up his disappearance at those times when he meets with his secret lover. One lie leads to another, and then another, and yet another. Until he becomes a hard hearted liar. Dear friend, face the truth.

Your secret cannot remain a secret forever. Sooner than later, you will be found out. And what a shame that will be.

In the case of man who is secret friends with the daughter of his father's enemy, there's really nothing the father can do about it.

Children in love can be dogged. Of course, the parents will do everything in their power to stop the relationship. Often, they lose the battle.

In the case of a married man cheating on his wife, it's pathetic.

Dear husbands, be true to your wives.

You betray your wife when you have a secret relationship with another woman. Having an affair with another woman breaks your wife's heart and jeopardizes your marriage.

Think about it.

Would you allow your wife to have a secret relationship with another man? Would you commend her if she does?

Obviously, your answer to the above questions is no.

You can be sure too that your wife will not celebrate your secret relationship.

Make your wife your best friend. Do not keep any secret friends. If there are any friends that are worth keeping, those friends MUST be friends of your family, friends of you and your wife.
