Should I Give Up ?

Recently i split up with my partner of 4 months because i started having feelings for another boy.

The problem is he is in a relationship, but he has told me many times that he doesnt want to be in it and even once tried to break up with her over the phone but bottled it.

I dont think i stand a chance with this boy because i cant tell him how i feel, and i dont think he is ever going to like me in that way.

Should i just give up?
