Should I Grab Him?

I'm in love with this particular guy. We started off as friends. But then i started to have some feelings for him.

I've confessed to him. But sadly, he said he likes another girl.

Currently, he and that girl are in a relationship but "online relationship" because he has not met that girl before whereas me and that guy have been seeing each other for quite a few times.
Now,i really love that guy.

No matter how hard i tried, i still cant get him out of my mind. And i've been thinking whether i should grab him from that girl since i knew him first.

But the thing is, i don't want to be a snatcher. But i cant afford to lose him.

Please help me!

I really dont know what to do.
