take it slow or move my own pace

Theres this boy and i really like him but it seems like we are moving too fast. No we have not had sex but we have only been talking for about a month and i feel like im in love. He's just my type.

He even tried to make me his girlfriend but i told him we need to take it slow. on the other hand, what if i take too long, will he become bored with me and move on?

so do i move fast or slow?
