The boy I like and his Ex

Well, basically I met this guy 3 months ago. He had a girlfriend and we were never supposed to like each other as anything more than friends.

As time went on our feelings started to grow. Him and his ex/girl has been going out off and on for 7 months, but known each other for 3 years.

They do not have a healthy relationship at all, but they love each other. The girl is always cheating on him, but she claims she loves him.

He loves her and has very strong feelings for me. He likes her strength, she's willing to do anything sexually, and she argues back.

He likes my niceness, personality, he loves the sex, and likes that I'm calm.

I know more about this dude than she do. WE act more like we're in a relationship than they do. We both strongly like each other, but he wants to stay with her because they have history. And he wants to be with me badly.

I'm confused and so is he.... I need advice!!
