If you don't know if you fancy her, who would know?

You're the only person who knows what you feel inside of you. You're the one who knows how your body responds when you meet her and speak with her. Hence, you're the one in the best position to tell if you fancy her or not. However, from your question above, it seems you know you fancy her but you're afraid to admit it.

When you meet a girl you don't like, what do you do?

You find a way to dismiss her or you excuse yourself from her company.

Obviously, with this girl who fancies you, you've not bothered to dismiss her. Likely you've even spent some time together talking. And you enjoyed talking with her.
