Think of your blessings and thank God. Pray everyday for strength and guidance.

Buy a pet.

Don't beat yourself up. If you could have been a better person - change so that you will be a healthier person for the next relationship.

Spend time all alone. I go to the beach and play in the ocean like a kid.
