Obviously if he doesnt find you attractive you have no chance, but if he deems you slightly attractive there are a few ways i find to win him over.

1. be enthuiastic around him, pay him compliments and maybe flirt alot, but dont let him take advantage of you, dont play hard to get, but make sure if he wants to get with you then its more than a one night thing. make him work for it but not for you. as soon as he decides he wants to sleep with you, then hes let his barriers down.

2. talk about sex alot but dont act on it, wait for a while, when you talk about sex, you keep him there and make him want it or just think about it, chances are with you. as long as you dont give it to him its like that toy that you always want that your friend has but as soon as you got it, its not as fun anymore. keep him wanting to get the toy, and keep his mind on the toy.

3. alot of guys like it when they find themselves doing things that they wouldnt do otherwise. do something spontanious with they guy, if he has a free weekend, tell him to take you out somewhere, away for the weekend or convince him to take up a new activerty like skiing for a day. something that he wouldn't do otherwise if you wearnt there.

4. compliment his friends and maybe be a little flirtatious but make sure he knows your his. this will mean his friends will like you and demand for you goes up. he will want you more.

5. try not to insult him, make him feel good about himself, and if you do, do it in a playful way and make sure he knows your kidding. men like to be dominant, over other males as well, so make sure he feels like hes better than the other guys but they dont feel worse and dont insult his friends. (maybe insult someone he doesnt like if you must insult someone).

even if hes not asked you out, im sure if you do all this successfully hell definetly pay more attension atleast to you.
