What Can I do To Prove My Boyfriend Wrong That I'm Not Doing Anything Bad Behind His Back ?

My boyfriend tells me to call him everyday at night when he's done work at like 12am and I said okay, but i can't wait that long because i'm real tired.

And then when I call him in the morning for him to get up, he asks me why i didn't call him and i said i was too sleepy.

So then when I went to work he came to see me and we were talking and then he just asked me why I'm not really calling him anymore and I told him the reason and yet he doesn't believe me.

He told me that he doesn't trust me when it comes to that time, he just thinks I'm doing something stupid, like calling some guy or going on the computer, but really I'm not doing anything. I'm just in my room.

He made me cry at work and I told him that i will prove him wrong that I'm not doing anything, but honestly i don't know what to say to him for him to look like a fool so he will know I'm right and he's wrong.

I just want to prove him wrong that i'm not doing anything bad, but going to sleep.

what can I do to prove him wrong?

Please help me i just want to clean this relationship up and just be happy again, and for him to trust me.
